5 Bodyweight Exercises To Add To Your Workout Today

Its been a little crazy here in the training lab.

Today we would like to give you something you can add to your strength training workout.

You do not need any fancy equipment.

Add these 5 exercises to your workout routine.

Down-n-outs (a.k.a.) the burpee

Floor touch squat jumps

Side to Side push up position  holds

Ultimate Crunch

Bear crawl ladders
