Kettlebell: The kettlebell is that weird-looking thing that kinda reminds you of a cannon ball.

Unlike the average weight, you can swing it around and use it to get your whole body working.

That full-body engagement is the key to great strength training exercises for women.

You can do just about any weight exercise with these, including the dead lift and front squat.

A good routine will include the swing, windmill, squat, and bent row.

A set that includes a few reps of these moves will get your core working hard.

You can burn major calories in only a few minutes a day.

Bodyweight Exercises: Bodyweight exercises are a terrific way to pack a full workout into a little time.

They’re especially good as strength training exercises for women, as long as you skip the hype and build a routine that works for you.

Bodyweight exercises use your weight as resistance and don’t need equipment.

You can try push-ups, crunches, sit-ups, and squats to start.
