You have to focus on the load, and you probably have stuff just lying around your house that will offer plenty.
I know lots of people who do light lifting using gallon jugs full of water or sand. If you’re deep into your program, you probably need more pump than that.
Look for a heavy, compact object that you can dead lift. If you try to rig a bench press, then make sure whatever you’re working with is something you can grip easily.

Lots of foundational exercises rely on resistance from gravity or your own body.
That means the key to strength training without weights is to keep it simple. In any home workout, you’ll get the best results by focusing on your upper and lower body equally.
For your upper body, try a bent-over row or inverted row using something like a mop or pole.
If you have a bench or a box to use, balance on the bench as if you’re getting ready to do a dip, then mix it up by lifting one leg and performing triceps dips.
Dips are great for working your core.

Stationary lunges and jump squats are good here.
Of course, you don’t want to neglect the old stand-bys like push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups, which should form the basic “rep grinding” that gets you into the champion mindset.
