Well, let’s just say it is a place you can gain access to that will kick your behind!

What does that mean?  Over the past 10 years of training athletes and hardcore fitness addicts, we have decided to take all the crazy, cool, challenging, hardcore, fun, insane, tough, unbelievable strength training workouts and give people access to them.

All the exercise, drills, workouts and obstacle courses we have are athletes and clients perform we have filmed and have created an Training lab for athletes, trainers, and anyone who wants to go through some intense exercises and/or workouts.

Our workouts are just that.  We get you into what we call BEAST MODE.

Intense, challenging workouts happen all the time here.  If you don’t push yourself each and every workout then we know you don’t want IT.

What is (IT?)  Whatever your goal(s) are. 

Whether you are a football player looking to get that Division I scholarship ,

An high school baseball player looking to increase throwing speed or power with your swing,

A wrestler looking to overpower your opponent at state,

Strength Training Exercises – Non-Traditional Approach

Strength Training has been around since the dawn of the olympics.  Push ups, chin ups, sit ups, jump n jacks, bench pressing, squatting, etc….. These are all traditional forms of strength training. 

Here at WICKED – we have taken traditional strength training and injected craziness into them.

Before you get started with this unique online strength training program, there are some things you should know about the Training Lab in general that will help you get the results you are looking for without injuring yourself or someone else.

- Stretching

Never attempt these exercises without stretching first.

There is a lot of information on the website on the proper ways to stretch to get ready for this unique experience.

Your online strength training coach insists that you spend at least 10 to 15 minutes stretching and warming up before attempting any of these exercises.

Some of the exercises have specialized stretching exercises included with them.

Before you spend any time trying to raise your personal fitness level higher by trying these exercises, be sure that you use those specialized stretching exercises to their fullest potential.

- Preparation

If you want to take the exercises you get from your online strength training program and take them to the gym, then that is great!

Just be ready to have to wade through the crowds of people that will not believe the exercises you are doing.

But if you can’t make it to the gym and you intend to use your online strength training at home, then make plenty of room.

Remember that most of these exercises are intense and physically demanding. Be sure that you have plenty of room to execute them properly and safely.

You should also have a towel and plenty of fluids on hand during your exercise. If you want to reduce the chances of hyperventilation, then you need to clear the sweat from your body, and you will sweat.

Always stop every 10 minutes during an exercise routine to take in fluids. If you want the best possible results, then you will need to keep your body hydrated.

- Working Up

But your online strength coach wants you to know that you should warm up to each exercise and avoid attacking a new exercise at full speed.

- Pacing

With Wicked Strength Training, the point is to take those exercises that we are all used to doing and making them more extreme and more effective.

While that does mean that sometimes exercises get sped up, that is not always the case.

Your online strength training coach will teach you the subtle differences between speeding up and slowing down an exercise to get better results.

It is something that most people never really think of, but is the kind of out of the box thinking that is common around here.

You know those simple bicep curls you do with the free weights? Most people have a comfortable pace they establish and then use that pace for all of their reps.

Did you know that if you slow down your pacing, then you can improve your results?

The resistance you get when you slowly raise and lower the weights can often have a more pronounced effect on your muscles than maintaining the same pace.

At the same time, speeding up your pace makes the exercises more extreme and can improve your endurance as well as the results you get.

These are the simple things you can do to make your workout wicked. Your strength coach is constantly adding more information to the training lab about the effects of changing your pace to improve your results.

You should try it with all of your strength and conditioning exercises and see how it makes you feel. You may just exceed your own exercise expectations.
